Mexican Mini Lunch 2. Taco Salad - chicken or ground beef Spiced ground beef or chicken with lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, ripe olives and cheese. Tossed with a special dressing. Served in a crisp flour tortilla basket. 3. Skinny Mexican — All the flavor and not so much guilt! Chargrilled chicken breast, salsa fresca, shredded cheddar, green onions and a dollop of sour cream on a bed of lettuce with green salsa. Choose beans or rice. This colorful meal will satisfy your appetite without hurting your waist-line (just hold the chips!) 4. Grilled Chicken Sandwich —Served with fries or a cup of our soup of the day. 5. Lunch Quesadilla — Small quesadilla with one of the following: green onion, tomato, olives, or green chilies. Served with fries or a cup of our soup of the day. 6. Chorizo Sandwich—A wonderful spicy Mexican sausage—made exclusively for us—char-grilled and served on a hoagie bun with fried onions and peppers and fries or soup of the day.
