Susan "Mimi" Cibula

It is with much sadness that we inform you that our beloved founder and first chef, Sue Cibula, has passed away.

We know so many of you have fond memories of her. Sue loved creating you new dishes and watching your families grow week to week as you dined at the Inn. She so enjoyed sharing life with you through the milestones you celebrated at the Inn and the stories you shared of what was happening in your lives. She quietly without attention or accolades helped many. From delivering desserts to Meals on Wheels for years to opening her home to those who needed a place to stay and so much more then anyone knows...except perhaps those whom she quietly helped. She will be greatly missed.

Her children and grandchildren have been blessed by the memories that many of you have begun to share through personal notes and social media. Thank you for these lovely thoughts and messages of care. Here is a link to the obituary that her granddaughter, Max McCrory wrote: https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/legacyremembers/susan-cibula-obituary?id=35841092
