FOH: Customer Service Position -Host

Immediate Opening for a friendly customer-service oriented person. Must be at least 16.
You'll be working about 2-4 shifts a week mainly hosting weeknight and weekend evenings.

We will also train you to serve or bartend (if you are 18 or over) so you can fill in when our full time staff needs to take a day off or go on vacation. You'll be front of the house staff filling in for the restaurant's needs that week. (More shifts may be available in the future if we are a good fit together.)

We're looking for someone who will be great to our patrons. Must be welcoming, friendly, positive, hard working and smiling. You will be very busy and on your feet a lot during peak times and you'll also have a few rotating cleaning/prep duties. Experience is not necessary we will train the right person. You just need to be reliable and willing to take direction.

BOH: Line Cooks & Dish Washers

Must be available evenings and Saturdays.
Work on your feet, lifting, running steps, and keep up during busy evenings.
Positive customer-service oriented attitude. Team Player.

Dish Washer
You'll be washing dishes, cleaning, mopping the floors, taking out the trash, adhering to a weekly and daily cleaning schedule, running items to the cooks and bar, and light food prep. Plus, whatever else needs done. You must be 16 or older to apply. Experience not necessary. We will train you. This is a great flexible part time job: 2-4 shifts per week.

Line Cook or Lead Line Cook
Everything is made in-house from scratch. Must be willing to Learn and take instruction (even if you have experience). Like to cook and work with fresh ingredients, be a bit of a foodie and creative.
Attention to details and desire to want to learn more about Mexican Food.
You'll enjoy great satisfaction when customers are enjoying the meal you've prepared for them.

Compensation based on skill and experience level.

We are a small family-owned restaurant where its all everyone's job to make sure the customer has a great experience. All jobs at the Inn are a bit physical in nature and require you to be on your feet, some lifting, steps, multi-tasking, team work, cleaning, customer service skills, working evenings and weekends with a smile....but these jobs can be rewarding and compenstating for the right individiuals...especially those who don't like sitting behind a desk and enjoy people, creativity, and variety. Our staff is a family with a mix of individuals who have their own reasons for working at the Inn. Some find the Inn their family's livelyhood for many years now others are working their way through school or moon lighting for extra income. What ever your reason for wanting to be in the restaurant industry, if you are hard working, work well with others, and will be good to our customers, we would like to talk to you.
